The menu includes:
-Crispy coca, Cantabrian anchovy, green tomato jam and truffle veil
-Seasonal tomato, burrata heart, basil emulsion and fresh flowers
-Scallop tiradito, passion fruit leche de tigre and citrus notes
-Glazed veal shank, reduced BBQ jus, baby carrots and aromatic chimichurri
Dessert
Strawberry candied with pepper, fine tartlet and flamed Italian meringue
